Board of Trustees
According to my condominium documentation Mayo Group was to transfer control of the building to the Keith Building Trust 3 months after 6 of the 8 units were sold. Well, all the units are sold, and 6 of them sold back in June. It's November now, so we're behind schedule. I wonder what the deal is. What adds to my aggravation is that since Mayo Group is curently the building manager all condo fees go to them. It covers things like electricity, water, cleaning, trash, etc. Well, there are still burnt out lightbulbs, the stairwells have never been cleaned, and the lobby seems to get cleaned once a month. What are we paying them for? I wonder where the money is really going.
